Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://roadster-order.us (the "Site"), operated by the operator of roadster-order.us ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is, and is not
The Site is an independent, non-commercial information resource about the Tesla Roadster.
- It is not operated by, affiliated with, authorized, endorsed or sponsored by Tesla, Inc., SpaceX or any dealer.
- It does not sell vehicles, accept reservations, orders, deposits or payments, or act as a broker or agent for anyone.
- Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any vehicle, product or security.
If anyone claims to take Roadster orders or deposits on our behalf or using our name, it is not us. Please report it to [email protected].
Eligibility
The Site is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Accuracy of information
We compile information from public sources and cite them where we can. Specifications, prices and dates for the second-generation Roadster are, unless marked otherwise, targets or claims made by the manufacturer or reported by the press, and they may change or prove inaccurate. Information may be out of date when you read it. Always confirm important details with the manufacturer. See our Disclaimer.
Intellectual property
The Site's original text, layout and design are protected by copyright and belong to us or our licensors. You may view, print and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page.
Photographs are used under Creative Commons licenses, and their authors and licenses are listed next to each image and on our Photo credits page. Your reuse of those photos is governed by their licenses, not by these Terms.
Trademarks. "Tesla", "Roadster", "SpaceX" and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products discussed (nominative fair use), not to suggest any affiliation or endorsement. Any logo visible in a photograph is part of the photographed vehicle.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with their operation;
- use automated tools to scrape the Site at a rate that degrades its performance;
- copy the Site or present its content in a way that suggests it comes from, or is endorsed by, Tesla, Inc. or us;
- use the Site or its name to deceive anyone, including in connection with fake vehicle sales or deposits.
Links to other websites
The Site links to third-party websites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON IT. Indemnification

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when posted on this page, as shown by the effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
